Tianjiquan Group Chairman and President Shi Yanbao, Tianjiquan Group Vice Chairman Zhang Laixing, Tianjiquan Group Executive Director Sun Yun, Tianjiquan executives, and city general managers from all over the country gathered together to summarize past achievements and discuss development plans.

Speech by Shi Yanbao, Chairman and President of Tianjiquan Group


At the beginning of the meeting, Shi Yanbao, Chairman and President of Tianjiquan Group, delivered a speech injecting momentum of progress into all colleagues. He first represented the board of directors of the group and extended his sincerest greetings and heartfelt thanks to the national city general managers who are busy in the market and deeply engaged in health services. He highly affirmed the phased achievements of various city teams in overcoming difficulties in the complex market environment in the fourth quarter. He emphasized that the 2025 business cycle has entered the final sprint stage of decisive battle, and the final battle is not only related to the successful achievement of annual goals, but also determines the starting point height of the new year's development. All managers must shoulder the mission of being the "first person in charge" and adopt a progressive attitude of "time waits for no one, mission must be achieved" to ensure a perfect end to the year's work.

Regarding the connection between the year-end closing and the beginning, Chairman Shi Yanbao proposed four core deployments: firstly, to achieve a performance sprint and a perfect closing, comprehensively sort out the gaps in various targets, mobilize all resources, and ensure the successful achievement of the core business indicators for the whole year. The second is to deepen the annual summary of "public welfare brands" and transform the annual public welfare actions into brand assets and customer trust. Thirdly, we must strictly adhere to the bottom line of safety and compliance. The more we finish, the more stable we must be like a rock. Ensure 100% compliance in product services, financial transactions, and promotion. The fourth is to fully initiate the connection of New Year's planning, and the end is the beginning. At the same time of sprinting, each city needs to form a preliminary draft of local business expansion and team incentives for the first quarter of 2026 based on the grand blueprint of the group's "One Hundred Thousand Easy Health Home", in order to achieve seamless connection for a successful start to the new year.

Subsequently, Zhang Laixing, Vice Chairman of Tianjiquan Group, took the stage to deliver a speech. He deeply reviewed Tianjiquan's 25 year commitment to the original intention of "making the whole nation healthy" and its continuous development in the field of health industry. He sincerely thanked the development opportunities given by the times, the trust and support of customers, and the cooperation of all colleagues. He emphasized that the completion and opening of the International Operations Center of the group is a milestone event for Tianjiquan's globalization development, marking the official launch of the company's strategic new journey of "based in China and radiating globally".
